Method

Smoked Fish

  1. 1

    Prepare the Smoked Fish

Arrange the smoked salmon and smoked mackerel on a serving platter. Garnish with capers and fresh dill. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the fish.

Fresh Bread

  1. 2

    Prepare the Fresh Bread

Slice the sourdough bread into thick pieces. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Optionally, toast the bread lightly on a grill or in an oven for a few minutes until warm.

Warm Pastries

  1. 3

    Warm the Pastries

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the croissants and savory pastries on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and warm. Remove from the oven and brush with melted butter mixed with fresh herbs before serving.
