Prepare Hummus

In a food processor, combine 1 cup of cooked chickpeas, 2 tablespoons of tahini, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 garlic clove, and the juice of 1 lemon. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to achieve desired consistency. Season with salt to taste.

Make Guacamole

In a bowl, mash 2 ripe avocados with a fork. Stir in 1 diced tomato, 1/4 cup diced onion, 1 minced garlic clove, lime juice to taste, and salt to taste until well combined.

Prepare Salsa

In a medium bowl, combine 2 diced tomatoes, 1/4 cup diced onion, 1 minced jalapeño (optional), 1 tablespoon of lime juice, and salt to taste. Mix well and set aside.

Prepare Vegetable Sticks

Wash and peel the carrots and cucumbers. Cut into sticks and slices respectively. Place the carrot sticks, celery sticks, and cucumber slices neatly on a serving platter.

Serve Chips and Nuts

Place the pita chips and tortilla chips in separate bowls. Add mixed nuts to another bowl. Arrange all bowls on the serving platter along with the vegetable sticks and dips.
