Fountain sodas (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Dr. Pepper, Fanta Orange)
Ensure each fountain nozzle and mixing head are clean. For each soda, fill a 24 oz serving cup about halfway with ice (approx. 1.5 cups of ice). Place the cup under the correct fountain dispenser. Dispense the soda to reach the 24 oz fill line (about 6 cups). If using a post-mix system, confirm the syrup-to-carbonation ratio and adjust per manufacturer settings to ensure consistent flavor and carbonation. Cap or serve immediately with a straw.

Lemonade
Fill a 24 oz cup about halfway with ice (approx. 1.5 cups). Pour chilled prepared lemonade to the 24 oz fill line (about 6 cups). Taste and, if more sweetness is desired, add up to 1–2 tsp optional simple syrup and stir. Garnish with a lemon wedge if desired and serve immediately.

Sweet Tea
Fill the 24 oz cup with 1.5 cups ice. Pour chilled sweet tea to the 24 oz fill line (about 6 cups). Stir briefly to chill evenly. If tea has settled, stir gently to re-incorporate. Serve with a lemon wedge on request.

Unsweetened Iced Tea
Fill the 24 oz cup about halfway with ice (approx. 1.5 cups). Pour chilled unsweetened iced tea to the 24 oz fill line (about 6 cups). Offer optional simple syrup (up to 2 tsp) or a lemon wedge for guests who prefer sweetness or extra flavor.

Refills: For free refills on the same day, accept the refill cup or a returned receipt per venue policy. Refill the same beverage or another option following the same procedure above. If the guest requests a different beverage, pour the new selection over fresh ice and fill to the 24 oz line.

Sanitation: Wipe dispenser nozzles daily and clean drip trays as required. Change ice if it becomes diluted or contaminated. Keep all beverage bases refrigerated or connected to the fountain system at manufacturer-recommended temperatures.
