Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the thick bacon slices until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Once cooked, place them on a paper towel to drain excess grease.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash the lettuce leaves and pat them dry. Slice the tomato into thin rounds, the red onion into thin rings, and prepare the pickles by slicing them if not already sliced.

  3. 3

    Slice the Meats

Slice the butcher block turkey and Bansley ham into thin, even slices if they are not pre-sliced.

Assembly

  1. 4

    Layer the Ingredients

On one slice of milk bread, start layering the ingredients: begin with the lettuce, followed by the sliced turkey, then the ham, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, tomato, red onion, and pickles.

  2. 5

    Add Sauce

Drizzle the yum yum sauce over the top of the layered ingredients.

  3. 6

    Top the Sandwich

Place the second slice of milk bread on top to complete the sandwich.

  4. 7

    Serve

Cut the sandwich in half if desired, and serve immediately with chips or a side salad.
