Make the Cold Foam
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of heavy cream, 3 tablespoons of butterscotch sauce, 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- 6

Using an electric mixer, whip the mixture on medium speed until soft peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
- 7
Layer the Foam
Carefully spoon the butterscotch cold foam over the chai in each mug, creating a lovely layer on top.
