Packaging Materials

Method

Preparation of Packaging

  1. 1

    Cut Cardboard Sheets

Using a sharp utility knife, cut the recyclable cardboard sheets into the desired dimensions for your box. A standard box size is 12x12x12 inches.

  2. 2

    Apply Eco-friendly Adhesive

On the edges of each cardboard piece, apply an even layer of eco-friendly adhesive to ensure a strong bond.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Box

Fold the cardboard pieces into the box shape, pressing firmly at the glued edges to secure them together. Allow the adhesive to dry for at least 30 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add Packing Peanuts

Once the box is assembled and the adhesive is dry, fill the bottom of the box with biodegradable packing peanuts for cushioning.

  5. 5

    Seal the Box

Place the items you wish to package inside the box, then fill any remaining space with more packing peanuts. Finally, cut a length of natural jute twine and wrap it around the box several times, tying a secure knot on top.

  6. 6

    Attach Custom Printed Labels

Affix the custom printed labels to the outside of the box. Make sure they are clearly visible and securely attached.
