Watch as they prepare a five-course chef's tasting menu before your eyes at our Chef's Counter using the best ingredients of the season. Let us know your 3 favorite and least foods, Chef Jerry will create a meal to remember! Counter Culture is held every Thursday excluding holidays. Preparation of Chef's Tasting Menu

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
Wash and chop seasonal vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Marinate the chosen protein with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Step 2: Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the seasonal vegetables and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Add fresh herbs towards the end for flavor.

Step 4: Prepare the Fruit Salad
Dice the seasonal fruit and toss it with a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar to create a refreshing salad.

Plate the sautéed vegetables and protein elegantly. Add a side of fruit salad and serve with slices of artisan bread drizzled with olive oil.
