Method

Meats

  1. 1

    Cook the Bangers

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the pork sausages and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until they are browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Rashers

In the same skillet, add the bacon rashers and cook for 5-7 minutes until crispy. Remove and set aside with the sausages.

Eggs

  1. 3

    Cook the Eggs

In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook them to your desired style (sunny-side-up, scrambled, or over-easy). This should take about 3-5 minutes. Once cooked, remove from heat and set aside.

Potatoes

  1. 4

    Prepare the Rosemary Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the potatoes into small cubes and place them in a bowl. Add olive oil, chopped fresh rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

  2. 5

    Roast the Potatoes

Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy, tossing halfway through.

Toast

  1. 6

    Prepare the Toast

While the potatoes are roasting, toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown. Spread butter on top before serving.

Assembly

  1. 7

    Serve the Breakfast

On a plate, arrange the bangers, rashers, and eggs alongside the roasted rosemary potatoes. Serve with the buttered toast on the side.
