Heat Oil
In a deep skillet or fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- 4
Shape O Rings
Using a piping bag or a zip-top bag with the corner snipped off, pipe the batter into the hot oil in circular shapes to form rings. Make sure to leave enough space between each ring.
- 5
Fry O Rings
Fry the rings for about 1-2 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown. Use a slotted spoon to carefully turn them halfway through.
- 6
Drain and Cool
Once golden brown, remove the o rings from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
