Prepare the Batter
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. In another bowl, beat the egg with the milk and melted butter. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed; do not overmix.

Cook the Pancakes
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour 2 tablespoons of batter for each pancake onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown. Repeat until all batter is used.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and let drain on paper towels.

Assemble the Toppings
Once the pancakes are cooked, place them on a plate. Top with fried egg, crispy bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Drizzle with maple syrup to taste.
Rosemary Potatoes

Prepare the Potatoes
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut potatoes into small cubes (about 1 inch).

Season and Roast
In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy, tossing halfway through.
