Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Begin by gathering all the ingredients. Slice the tomatoes in half, clean the mushrooms and slice them, and set aside.

Cooking

  1. 2

    Cook the Sausages and Bacon

In a large frying pan, add 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the sausages and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through. After 5 minutes, add the bacon rashers to the same pan and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

  2. 3

    Fry the Eggs

In a separate pan, add the remaining tablespoon of butter and heat over medium-low heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. 4

    Grill the Tomatoes and Mushrooms

In the same pan where the sausages and bacon were cooked, add the halved tomatoes and sliced mushrooms. Grill for about 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes are softened and the mushrooms are golden.

  4. 5

    Heat the Baked Beans

In a small saucepan, heat the baked beans over low heat until warmed through, about 5 minutes.

  5. 6

    Toast the Bread

While the beans are heating, toast the bread slices until golden brown.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Breakfast

On a large plate, arrange the sausages, bacon, fried eggs, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms, and baked beans. Serve the toast on the side. Enjoy your traditional English breakfast!
