Preparation of the Tartare

Prepare the Beef
Finely chop the beef tenderloin using a sharp knife. Aim for a very fine dice to ensure a smooth texture in the tartare.

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped beef tenderloin, capers, diced sweet onion, Dijon mustard, and truffle oil. Mix gently until well combined.

Toast the Baguette
