Making Sauce

  1. 6

    Combine Cheese and Pepper

In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated Grana Padana cheese and freshly cracked black pepper.

  2. 7

    Make Creamy Sauce

Gradually add the reserved pasta cooking water to the cheese mixture, stirring continuously to create a creamy sauce.

  3. 8

    Toss Pasta with Sauce

Add the drained bucatini to the bowl with the cheese sauce, and toss well to coat the pasta evenly.

  4. 9

    Adjust Sauce Consistency

If the sauce is too thick, add more pasta cooking water until you reach the desired consistency.
