Prepare the Vegetables
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds. Drain and rinse the artichoke hearts and roasted red peppers.

Cut the fresh mozzarella into bite-sized pieces. Grate or shave the aged Parmesan into thin flakes. Crumble the gorgonzola cheese.

Arrange the prosciutto, salami, and capicola slices on a plate, overlapping them slightly.

Assemble the Salad
On a large platter, create a bed of mixed greens as the base. Arrange the prepared meats, cheeses, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, roasted red peppers, and artichoke hearts artistically over the greens.

Add Olives and Nuts
Scatter the black olives, green olives, and mixed nuts over the arrangement.
Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper to taste.
