Burger Patty Preparation

    Form the Patty

    In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form the mixture into an 8oz patty.

    Cook the Patty

    Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired doneness.

Olive Sauce Preparation

    Mix the Sauce

    In a small bowl, combine chopped olives, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Mix well until all ingredients are blended.

Assemble the Burger

    Toast the Bun

    If desired, toast the Hawaiian bun on the grill or in a toaster until lightly golden.

    Layer the Ingredients

    Spread a generous amount of olive sauce on the bottom half of the bun. Place the cooked beef patty on top, followed by lettuce leaves and slices of tomato. Top with the other half of the bun.
