Chicken Tenders

Dipping Sauces

Method

Preparing the Chicken Tenders

  1. 1

    Prepare Chicken

Cut the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into strips, approximately 1 inch wide.

  2. 2

    Set Up Breading Station

In three separate shallow bowls, place the flour in the first bowl, beat the eggs and milk together in the second, and combine breadcrumbs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in the third bowl.

  3. 3

    Bread the Chicken

Dip each chicken strip into the flour, coating it evenly, then into the egg mixture, and finally into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere breadcrumbs.

  4. 4

    Heat Oil

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers.

  5. 5

    Fry the Chicken Tenders

Working in batches, carefully add the breaded chicken tenders to the hot oil. Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.

  6. 6

    Drain and Cool

Once cooked, transfer the chicken tenders to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.

Preparing Dipping Sauces

  1. 7

    Mix Dipping Sauces

In small bowls, portion out honey mustard sauce and BBQ sauce for serving. You can mix them together if you prefer a combined sauce.
