Waffle Preparation
- 1
Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Whisk together until well blended.
- 2
Combine Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk together 1.5 cups of milk, 2 large eggs, 1 cup of melted unsalted butter, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until fully combined.
- 3
Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix; a few lumps are okay.
- 4
Add Pearl Sugar
Gently fold in 0.5 cups of pearl sugar into the batter until evenly distributed.
Waffle Cooking

Preheat Waffle Iron
Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions until it's hot and ready to use.

Cook the Waffles
