Method

Fruit Preparation

  1. 1

    Wash the Fruits

Thoroughly wash all the fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, banana, pineapple, and grapes) under running water to remove any dirt or pesticides.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Strawberries and Blueberries

Remove the green tops from the strawberries and slice them in half. Set aside. Rinse the blueberries and set aside.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Kiwi

Peel the kiwi using a vegetable peeler and slice them into rounds or half-moons, depending on your preference.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Banana

Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds. If you prefer, you can also cut them into halves.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Pineapple

If using a fresh pineapple, peel it, remove the core, and cut it into bite-sized chunks. If using canned pineapple, simply drain the juice.

  6. 6

    Prepare the Grapes

Remove the grapes from the stems and rinse them under running water. Pat dry with a paper towel.

Assembling the Fruit Cup

  1. 7

    Combine the Fruits

In a large mixing bowl, combine all the prepared fruits: strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, banana, pineapple chunks, and grapes. Gently toss to mix.

  2. 8

    Optional Garnish

If desired, add honey and lime juice to the fruit mixture for added sweetness and tang. Toss gently to combine.

  3. 9

    Serve

Spoon the fruit mixture into serving cups or bowls. Garnish with fresh mint leaves on top for a refreshing touch. Serve immediately.
