Cooking the Chicken

Season and Cook the Chicken
In a bowl, coat the chicken tenderloins with Cajun seasoning. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until blackened and cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
Preparing the Vegetables

Sauté Vegetables
In the same skillet, add sliced onion and red bell pepper. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until softened. Add broccoli florets and continue to sauté for another 3-4 minutes until broccoli is bright green and tender.
Cooking the Pasta

Cook the Cavatappi
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add cavatappi pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Making the Sauce

Prepare the Alfredo Sauce
In a small saucepan, combine heavy cream and minced garlic. Cook over medium heat until heated through. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Toss Everything Together
In the skillet with sautéed vegetables, add the drained cavatappi pasta and sliced chicken. Pour the creamy Cajun Alfredo sauce over the top and toss everything together until well coated. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
