Method

Classic Root Beer Float

    Chill and prepare

    Refrigerate the root beer and vanilla soft serve for at least 15 minutes to ensure cold, foamy floats. Gather 4 tall serving glasses.

    Assemble per serving

    Pour 1 cup of root beer into each serving glass. Add 1 cup of vanilla soft serve on top, trying to keep a little space at the top for foamy head.

    Finish and serve

    Carefully press a spoon against the foam to create a small dome. Serve immediately with a straw and spoon.

Orange Cream Float

    Chill and prepare

    Chill the orange soda and Fior di Latte soft serve for 15 minutes. Prepare 4 tall glasses.

    Assemble per serving

    Pour 1 cup of orange soda into each glass. Top with 1 cup Fior di Latte soft serve in each glass.

    Finish and serve

    Optionally garnish with a light orange zest twist or a maraschino cherry. Serve immediately.

Coca-Cola Float

    Chill and prepare

    Chill the Coca-Cola and vanilla soft serve for 15 minutes. Prepare 4 tall glasses.

    Assemble per serving

    Pour 1 cup of Coca-Cola into each glass. Top with 1 cup vanilla soft serve.

    Finish and serve

    Garnish as desired with a straw and spoon. Serve immediately.
