Buns, Butter & Build

Beef Patty & Cheese

Bacon & Egg

Kimchi & Spicy Mayo

Method

Buns & Toasting

  1. 1

Warm a skillet over medium heat. Butter the cut sides of the egg bun and toast until golden and lightly caramelized.

Beef Patty & Cheese

  1. 2

Season the beef patty with salt and pepper. Sear in a hot skillet about 3-4 minutes per side for medium, or to your preferred doneness. Place American cheese slices on the patty during the last minute to melt.

Bacon & Egg

  1. 3

In the same skillet, cook Zoe’s bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. In the same pan, fry the egg to your preferred doneness (sunny-side up recommended).

Kimchi & Spicy Mayo

  1. 4

In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, gochujang, sesame oil, lime juice, and honey until smooth. Fold in chopped kimchi or keep it chunky depending on texture you prefer.

Assemble

  1. 5

Spread the spicy gochujang mayo on the bottom bun. Layer with kimchi, then the cheese-melted patty, crispy bacon, and the fried egg. Top with the toasted bun and serve immediately.
