Method

Iced Tea

    Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add 1 black tea bag; steep for 5 minutes.

    Remove the tea bag. If desired, stir in 1 teaspoon simple syrup to sweeten. Let the tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until cold.

    To serve, fill a glass with ice and pour the cooled tea over the ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Arnold Palmer

    In a glass, combine 1/2 cup cooled brewed tea and 1/2 cup cold lemonade.

    Fill with ice and stir well. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Lemonade

    In a shaker or jar, combine 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, and 0.75 cup water. Shake or whisk until sugar is fully dissolved.

    Add ice and stir until chilled. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Strawberry Lemonade

    In a blender, blend 4 strawberries with 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice and 1.5 tablespoons sugar until smooth.

    Pour the puree into a glass, add 0.75 cup water, and stir. Add ice and garnish with a lemon wheel.
