SOFT SERVE

Method

SOFT SERVE

  1. 1

    Prep

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange 15 pretzel twists in a single layer.

  2. 2

    Melt Chocolate

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring after each interval until smooth. Stir in 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract.

  3. 3

    Dip Pretzels

Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each pretzel into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and place coated pretzels on the parchment.

  4. 4

    Add Toppings

If using, sprinkle 0.25 cup sprinkles on top of the coated pretzels while the chocolate is still glossy.

  5. 5

    Set

Chill the tray in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set. Alternatively, let stand at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve and Store

Serve the chocolate-covered pretzels immediately, or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
