Kids Menu - Directions
- 1
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.
- 2
Pat the chicken tenderloins dry. If needed, cut into uniform 1–1.5 inch strips for even cooking.
- 3
In a shallow bowl, beat the eggs. In a separate bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- 4
Dip each chicken strip into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated. Place coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet.

- 6
Bake for 12–15 minutes, then flip the tenders and bake for an additional 5–8 minutes, until the coating is golden and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- 7
Let the chicken tenders rest for a couple of minutes before serving. Serve with a kid-friendly dipping sauce if desired.
