Preparation

Brewing the Tea

1. Boil the Water

In a kettle, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat.

2. Add Tea Leaves

Once the water reaches a rolling boil, remove it from heat and let it cool for about 1-2 minutes. This will prevent the tea from becoming bitter. Add 2 tablespoons of jasmine green tea leaves to the hot water.

3. Steep the Tea

Cover the kettle or teapot and let the tea steep for about 3-5 minutes, depending on your taste preference. The longer you steep, the stronger the flavor will be.

4. Strain the Tea

After steeping, strain the tea into cups using a fine mesh strainer to remove the tea leaves.

Serving Suggestions

5. Sweeten to Taste

If desired, add honey to the tea to sweeten it according to your taste.

6. Add Lemon

For an extra refreshing touch, add a wedge of lemon to your tea.

7. Enjoy

Serve hot and enjoy your fragrant cup of jasmine tea!
