Method
Prepare produce
- 1
Peel and dice mango
If using fresh mangoes, wash, peel, and dice enough to measure 2 cups. If using frozen mango, measure 2 cups and allow just enough time to loosen (no need to fully thaw).
- 2
Juice lime
Cut lime in half and squeeze to extract 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice. Remove any seeds.
Combine & Blend
- 3
Add ingredients to blender
Place the 2 cups diced mango into a blender. Add 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk, 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup), 1/8 teaspoon sea salt, and 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice.
- 4
Add ice and puree
Add 1 cup of ice cubes to the blender. Secure the lid and blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, about 30–60 seconds depending on your blender. Stop and scrape down the sides once if needed.
Taste & Adjust
- 5
Taste the smoothie. If it’s too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons more coconut milk and blend briefly. If it needs more sweetness, add up to 1 tablespoon more honey and blend. Adjust lime or salt to balance flavor (small pinch more salt brightens the mango).
Serve
- 6
Divide the smoothie evenly between 2 chilled glasses.
- 7
Garnish each glass with 2 fresh mint leaves on top and an optional small drizzle of honey. Serve immediately with a straw.
