In a cocktail shaker, combine the vanilla vodka, Galliano, Passoa passionfruit liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and passionfruit syrup. Add ice cubes to the shaker.

Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds to ensure all ingredients are well combined and chilled.

Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. Top it off with sparkling water and gently stir to combine.
