In a cocktail shaker, combine Hendricks gin, brewed Earl Grey tea, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white, and Angostura bitters.
- 3
Dry Shake

Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake again for another 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
- 6
