Prepare the Ribs

Season the Ribs
Preheat your grill or oven to 150°C (300°F). Rub the pork ribs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Cook the Ribs
Place the ribs on the grill or in the oven and cook slowly for 2.5 to 3 hours, until tender.
Make the Bourbon Barbecue Sauce

Combine the Ingredients
In a saucepan, mix bourbon, ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, mustard powder, salt, and black pepper.

Simmer the Sauce
Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Glaze the Ribs
During the last 30 minutes of cooking the ribs, brush them with the bourbon barbecue sauce.
Prepare the Potato Bacon Salad

Cook the Potatoes
Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and let cool, then cut into cubes.

In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
