Muddle the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, muddle the dark cherries and orange slice to release their juices.

Add the Rye and Simple Syrup
Pour in the Willet 4 Year Rye and simple syrup. Stir gently to combine.

Add Ice
Fill a rocks glass with ice and strain the mixture over the ice.

Top with Soda
Add a splash of soda water to the glass.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with an additional cherry or orange slice if desired. Serve immediately.
