Wash and dry the romaine lettuce, then chop it into bite-sized pieces. Dice the tomatoes and thinly slice the red onion.

Peel the hard-boiled eggs and chop them into quarters or slices, depending on your preference.

In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cooked cajun shrimp, crabmeat, diced tomatoes, sliced red onion, and chopped hard-boiled eggs.
