Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken breasts and sear for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Deglaze the Pan
Pour in the Marsala wine and scrape the bottom of the skillet to release any browned bits. Let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes.

Add Chicken Broth
Add the chicken broth and return the chicken breasts to the skillet. Let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened slightly.

Once cooked, remove the skillet from heat and stir in the chopped fresh parsley.
