Prepare the Steak
Thinly slice the ribeye steak against the grain into strips. Season with salt and black pepper.

Cook the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

Cook the Steak
Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet. Add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and then the sliced ribeye steak. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the steak is browned, stirring occasionally.

Add Seasonings and Cheese
Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, then mix the vegetables with the steak. Reduce the heat to low and add the cream cheese. Stir until melted and creamy. Finally, add the shredded provolone cheese and mix until fully melted.

Prepare the Hoagie Rolls
Slice the hoagie rolls open lengthwise without cutting all the way through.

Spoon the steak and cheese mixture into each hoagie roll, ensuring an even distribution.
