Cook the Cappellini
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cappellini and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Shrimp and Vegetables
In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start turning pink. Add sliced mushrooms, red and green bell peppers, and chopped green onions. Sauté for an additional 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the shrimp are fully cooked.

Make the Cajun Cream Sauce
Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir in the Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Allow the sauce to simmer for about 3-5 minutes until it thickens slightly.

Add the cooked cappellini to the skillet with the shrimp and cream sauce. Toss gently to combine, ensuring the pasta is well coated with the sauce.
