For the Cajun Shrimp

Prepare the Shrimp
In a bowl, toss the peeled and deveined shrimp with Cajun seasoning, minced garlic, and olive oil until well coated.

Cook the Shrimp
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the seasoned shrimp. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through. Remove from heat.

Mix the Sauce
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
Assembling the Tacos

Warm the Tortillas
Warm the soft flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

Assemble the Tacos
On each tortilla, layer a handful of arugula, a few slices of avocado, a generous amount of sautéed Cajun shrimp, crumbled feta cheese, and pico de gallo. Drizzle with the creamy lemon garlic sauce.
