Preparation of Salad Base

Wash and Chop Romaine
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Pat dry with a kitchen towel or use a salad spinner to remove excess water. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.

Add the croutons to the bowl with the chopped romaine lettuce.

In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and grated Parmesan cheese. Whisk together until smooth and well combined.
