Prepare the Beef
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).

Season the beef roast with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder evenly on all sides.

Place the seasoned beef roast in a roasting pan and add the beef broth.

Cover the pan with aluminum foil and roast in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.

Once cooked, remove from the oven, cover with foil, and let it rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing it thinly.

Make the Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, instant yeast, salt, and sugar.

Slowly add warm water while mixing until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Shape and Bake the Buns
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Punch down the risen dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a bun.

Place the shaped buns on a parchment-lined baking sheet and cover with a towel for 30 minutes to rise.
