Prepare the Whipped Goat Cheese
In a mixing bowl, combine goat cheese, cream cheese, and heavy cream. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer to whip the mixture until it’s smooth and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Make the Herb Oil
In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil over low heat. Add the fresh herbs and gently infuse the oil for about 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool.

Toast the Focaccia
Slice the focaccia into pieces and toast them in the oven until they are golden and crispy.

Assemble the Dish
Spread the whipped goat cheese onto a serving platter. Drizzle with the herb oil and sprinkle with fennel pollen. Arrange fresh fig slices and pickled pecans on top.
