Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper, and chopped fresh rosemary.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Pork Chop

Rub the marinade all over the tomahawk pork chop and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the pork is marinating, wash and peel the baby carrots. Slice the red bell pepper into strips.

  4. 4

    Cook the Pork Chop

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated pork chop for about 6-8 minutes on each side or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

  5. 5

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a separate pan, add a little olive oil and sauté the baby carrots and red bell pepper until they are tender and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve

Plate the pork chop, add the sautéed vegetables on the side, and drizzle with sugo. Enjoy your meal!
