Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and cube the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Boil them in salted water for about 10-15 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Make the Arrabiatta Sauce

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red chili flakes and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the crushed tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Simmer the sauce for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. 3

    Combine Potatoes and Sauce

Add the boiled potatoes to the arrabiatta sauce and gently stir to coat the potatoes evenly with the sauce. Cook for an additional 5 minutes on low heat.

  4. 4

    Serve

Plate the potato arrabiatta and top with grated Grana Padano cheese and chopped fresh basil before serving.
