Method

Dip Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Spinach

In a large pot, add a small amount of water and bring to a boil. Add the fresh spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Drain the spinach and chop it finely.

  2. 2

    Mix the Dip Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well combined.

  3. 3

    Add Remaining Ingredients

Stir in the chopped spinach, canned artichoke hearts (drained and chopped), Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic (garlic cloves minced), salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

  4. 4

    Bake the Dip

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.

Garlic Bread Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Garlic Butter

In a small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave. Stir in garlic powder and chopped parsley until well mixed.

  2. 6

    Prepare the Baguette

Slice the baguette in half lengthwise. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the cut sides of the baguette.

  3. 7

    Bake the Garlic Bread

Place the baguette halves on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven (350°F / 175°C) for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
