Method

Cooking Pasta

  1. 1

    Boil the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Preparing Vegetables

  1. 2

    Sauté Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the zucchini, bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

  2. 3

    Add Spinach and Tomatoes

Stir in the cherry tomatoes and fresh spinach. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spinach wilts.

Making the Sauce

  1. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Pour the vegetable broth into the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Add salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine and let simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Combining Pasta and Sauce

  1. 5

    Mix Pasta with Sauce

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the vegetable mixture. Toss to coat the pasta in the sauce and vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

  2. 6

    Serve

Remove from heat and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top. Serve warm and enjoy your Pasta Primavera!
