Cooking Pasta

Boil the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the zucchini, bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Add Spinach and Tomatoes
Stir in the cherry tomatoes and fresh spinach. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spinach wilts.
Making the Sauce

Combine Ingredients
Pour the vegetable broth into the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Add salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine and let simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Mix Pasta with Sauce
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the vegetable mixture. Toss to coat the pasta in the sauce and vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Remove from heat and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top. Serve warm and enjoy your Pasta Primavera!
