PICOSSO Ingredients

Method

PICOSSO Directions

1

Prepare the Pineapple

Chop the fresh pineapple into small chunks, about 1-inch pieces, and set aside.

2

Prepare the Fresno Peppers

Slice the Fresno peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds if desired for less heat, and chop into small pieces.

3

Mix Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine the chopped pineapple, Fresno peppers, blanco tequila, and lime juice. Muddle the mixture gently to release the flavors.

4

Shake It Up

Add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

5

Prepare the Glass

Prepare a glass by rimming it with lime juice and then dipping it into Tajin seasoning to coat the rim.

6

Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice. Optionally, garnish with an additional slice of pineapple or a Fresno pepper.
