1

Prepare the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish with cooking oil or butter.

2

Mix Wet Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed ripe bananas, honey, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.

3

Combine Dry Ingredients

In another bowl, mix together rolled oats, salt, and your choice of mixed seasonal fruits. Stir until the fruits are evenly coated with oats and salt.

4

Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures

Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture. Stir thoroughly until all the oats and fruits are well coated with the wet ingredients.

5

Bake the Flapjacks

Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the flapjacks are golden brown and firm to the touch.

6

Cool and Cut

Once baked, remove the dish from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then cut into squares or rectangles.

7

Serve

Dust the flapjacks with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
