Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with chili oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat evenly.

Let the wings marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Cooking the Wings

Preheat the Wood Fire Grill
Preheat your wood-fired grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).

Grill the Wings
Place the marinated wings directly on the grill grate. Cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are crispy and cooked through.

Once cooked, remove the wings from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

Chill the Sauce
Refrigerate the tzatziki sauce for at least 15 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
