Wings

Tzatziki Dipping Sauce

Method

Preparation of Wings

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wings

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with chili oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat evenly.

  2. 2

    Marinate

Let the wings marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Cooking the Wings

  1. 3

    Preheat the Wood Fire Grill

Preheat your wood-fired grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).

  2. 4

    Grill the Wings

Place the marinated wings directly on the grill grate. Cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are crispy and cooked through.

  3. 5

    Remove from Grill

Once cooked, remove the wings from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

Preparation of Tzatziki Sauce

  1. 6

    Combine Ingredients

In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, and salt.

  2. 7

    Chill the Sauce

Refrigerate the tzatziki sauce for at least 15 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.

Serving

  1. 8

    Plate the Wings

Arrange the grilled wings on a serving platter.

  2. 9

    Garnish

Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and chopped parsley over the wings before serving.

  3. 10

    Serve with Tzatziki

Serve the wings hot with the chilled tzatziki dipping sauce on the side.
