Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine ground pork, ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Using your hands, form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Place the formed meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the meatballs for 15-20 minutes or until they are cooked through and golden brown.

In a large skillet over medium heat, add a splash of oil. Once hot, add the sliced wild mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes until they are tender.

Stir in the red coconut curry paste and cook for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.

Pour in the coconut milk, stirring well to combine. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
