Method
Prepare the Tuna

Season the Tuna
Pat the ahi tuna steaks dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Coat with Sesame Seeds
Press the seasoned tuna steaks into the sesame seeds, coating both sides evenly.

Slice the Tuna
Remove the tuna from the skillet and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Then slice it thinly against the grain.
Prepare the Asian Slaw

Mix the Slaw Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrots, sliced red bell pepper, chopped cilantro, and sliced green onions.
Honey Almonds

Prepare the Orange Supremes

Supreme the Oranges
Using a sharp knife, cut the top and bottom off each orange. Carefully cut away the peel and pith, then segment the oranges by cutting between the membranes to create orange supremes.
Make the Ginger Soy Vinaigrette

Combine Vinaigrette Ingredients
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, grated ginger, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and minced garlic until well combined.
