Chill the Champagne
Place the bottle of champagne in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving to ensure it is well chilled.

Prepare the Mixers
In separate pitchers, pour equal parts of your chosen mixer (grapefruit juice, orange juice, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, or apple juice). If using blackberry syrup, mix it with a little water to dilute as desired. For vanilla orange, combine orange juice with vanilla extract. For spiced blackberry, infuse the blackberry syrup with a sprig of rosemary and a dash of cinnamon.

Pour the Mixture
In a champagne flute, pour 1 part of the chosen mixer to 2 parts of chilled champagne. For example, if using grapefruit juice, fill the flute with 1/3 cup of grapefruit juice and then top with 2/3 cup of champagne.

Serve Immediately
Serve the mimosas immediately while the champagne is still bubbly. Enjoy your refreshing cocktail!
