Mix Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of 360 vodka, 0.5 oz of espresso oil, 0.5 oz of creme de cacao, and 0.5 oz of vanilla simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass, ensuring a smooth pour.
Pumpkin Spice Foam Preparation

Whip the Cream
In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of heavy cream, 2 tbs of pumpkin puree, 1 tsp of pumpkin spice mix, and 0.5 tsp of vanilla extract.

Whip to Soft Peaks
Using a handheld mixer, whip the cream mixture until soft peaks form, being careful not to over-whip.

Top the Cocktail
Spoon the pumpkin spice foam over the top of the espresso martini in the glass.

Prepare Clarified Mixture
In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup of water until warm but not boiling. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of gelatin powder over the warm water and stir until fully dissolved.

Allow the gelatin mixture to cool slightly before incorporating it into the cocktail shaker with the other ingredients before shaking.
