Prepare the glass
Take a chilled wine glass or a spritz glass and set it aside.

Mix Applecello and Lemon Juice
In a shaker, combine 2 oz of applecello and 1 oz of fresh lemon juice. Add ice and shake gently until well mixed.
Assembly

Combine Ingredients
Pour the applecello and lemon juice mixture into the prepared glass.

Add Prosecco
Carefully top the glass with 4 oz of prosecco, pouring gently to maintain the bubbles.

Add a thin slice of apple to the rim of the glass and place 5 fresh mint leaves on top for garnish.
